Follow these tips when selecting or taking your pet's photo to ensure the best results.
Our team will also review your uploaded photo when you place your order to make sure everything is fine, so don't worry too much! If it is decided a better photo should be uploaded we will reach out to you via email and help you in choosing a more suitable photo.
- Take your photo at eye-level with your pet.
- Take your photo in natural daylight or at a location with good lighting and don't use flash in either scenario.
- Close up photos will give the absolute best results.
- Make sure there is no blur by taking your photo when your pet is still and not moving.
- Make sure long ears or other attributes of your pet are in the photo and not out of frame.
